Individual Therapy

I primarily work with individual men, women, and teens. Every situation is different and every individual has different preferences or needs. However, I find that initially meeting weekly provides an opportunity to build connection and helps create momentum in the process.

If you are seeking couple's therapy or counseling for children under 13 years old, I would be happy to provide you with highly recommended referrals to providers who might be a better fit.

Rates and Insurance

My standard fee is $150 per 50 minute session.

I am not in network with insurance providers. If you have a PPO plan, it may be possible to get partial reimbursement. If requested, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider. Consult with your insurance company to see if this is an option.
